With many Iphone users increasing constantly, everyone keeps looking for the Best apps for their Iphones.

Here below find 10 apps that will be a hit this year 2016 and useful to you apple users which you must start using:

Foursquare is a great app that lets you find new places to eat and it will even give you expert tips and recommendations on what you should order. Thanks for its intelligence, this app will know where you are and it will give you advice what to order from its 50 million users. Great for impressing!

Its an excellent app with an access to the weather radar. This is a paid app but I can assure you that you wont regret it !

This app is much better than the Icloud for storing your personal photos. You might say why? With Google Photos you get unlimited storage whilst if you want to storw high resolution images you can choose to pay a paid storage plan.

Want the perfect email app? Get Spark! Free, has email snoozing to read emails later and highly customizable.. What nore can you ask for? :)

Want to save any pages or use bookmarks? Use Pocket a definitely must-have app for 2016! It lets you save any webpages you want to read later and lets you read them in a reading environment. 
You can also share any articles you find interesting with other Pocket users.

It uses a combination of aerobic, resistance, strength and flexibility excercises and can cater to your needs by creating a routine workout with your preferences! 


Snapchat

Everyone loves snapchat and now even older people are getting to use this app. Snapchat is a different way to communicate about aspects in life that interests you

This new still expanding app is only available to users in New York City, Miami , Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco at this moment. This is basic the solution to your mailing needs! Want to mail something? With this app take a picture of what you want to mail and a courier comes to your doorstep and take  it to a nearby facility.
Shyp's normal fee is $5 but if you're an ebay seller this fee is waived making it more appealing to small businesses!

10 Muscle Stretching Exercises - WITH PICTURES!!


                                
                     New Year Resolutions?

Year 2016 has started and the first month is nearly already over! Most of you most probably have started their diet didn't you? 

Here below find some simple examples of exercises with pictures and you can learn which muscles you are stretching. Also this can be used as a guide to those wanting to stretch a little further! :)

The pictures found in this post are made by Vicky Timon and James Kilgillon. Vicky Timon is the author of "Encyclopedia of Pilates Exercises" and a yoga expert whilst Mr.Kilgallon is the main creator of Mazio's Body Maintenance Program.

Exercises 1 and 2:



1. Camel Pose. Muscles Stretched: Rectus Abdominus, External Obliques


  • Highly Recommended for people with high flexibility
  • If you are experiencing problems with your neck, do not drop your head back!
2. Wide Forward Hold. Muscles Stretched: Adductors

  • Great for stretching adductors and hamstrings
  • Start with knees bend and holding spine straight



3. Frog Pose. Muscles Stretched: Adductors

  • Mostly aimed for the groin area but can feel pressure on the knees as well
  • Perform it on a soft surface
  • Rest hands and knees and widen knees until you feel groin muscles stretching
4. Wide Side Lunge Pose. Muscles Stretched: Adductors

  • Hold legs straight as possible

5. Butterfly Stretch. Muscles Stretched: Adductors

  • If you want to stretch the groin muscles better - hold feet closer to your body and make sure that feet are far from hips 

6. Forearm Extensor Stretch. Muscles Stretched: Forearm Extensor


  • You can also develop this stretch by touching the tips of your fingers together in the shape of a tea cup!

7. Lateral Side Flexion of the Neck. Muscles Stretched: SCM - sternocleidomastoid
  • Prolong neck as much as possible
8. Neck Rotation Stretch. Muscles Stretched: SCM

  • If you want to perform a deeper stretch you need to put pressure with the opposite hand from the direction you are rotating



9. Neck Extension Stretch. Muscles Stretched: SCM

  • Put your hands on hips and spine straight
  • Tilt your head back
10. Lateral Slide Flexion of the Neck with Hand Assistance. Muscles Stretched: SCM

  • Prolong neck as possible
  • In this way you can create consistent tension down the arm and neck.
