We Might not be ALONE in Space!

NEW PLANET might have been found!

Ever stop and think whether there might be any other creatures or beings lurking in the never ending space?
Do you think that we are the only 'humanity' that exists? Nahh I do not think so...!

IF we were actually the ONLY beings existing in the vast expanding universe, then honestly - SPACE is just wasted! For a strange reason, I sometimes think that we might be the result of some alien experimentation as coming to think of it...There have been thousands of UFO reports since ancient times. Some have been ruled out either as fake, edited, mistaken photos, optical illusions of planes and balloons etc but there are still a majority of all the UFO reports that no one have an answer to them.

Do you think that Governments are not hiding any extra terrestrial information from us?! Take for example AREA51 in America - one of the planet's most kept secret. For those who are curious on what is Area51 - please take a look at this link: Area51 - What is it? It has long been associated with UFOs and experimentation and one famous case of it is the Roswell case - Check out link on: Roswell UFO Case

Now there is the news that Planet Number 9 has been found - since Pluto isn't considered as a planet anymore. So What is this mysterious Planet X ?

This potential planet has not been observed yet but researchers are basing this theory based on the weird orbits of small objects lying below Neptune.
This Planet is smaller than Neptune but bigger than EARTH - making it big news since this would be the third official planet found since ancient times!

Humanity growing Food in Space...?

                               Space and Food.

                               Food and Space.

Hi again!

Hope today you are all fine. What I am going to write today is something that caught my eye recently and thought of sharing it with you all!

First of all.. what do you understand by a Planet, Earth, Space, Stars, or the Universe itself? I guess everyone will come up with their own meaning of these terms.
How many of you know that a planet to be considered as a planet, it must fit in 3 criteria? These criteria are:
  • For a planet to be a planet, it has to orbit around its star. In our Case our star is the Sun.
  • The planet must have sufficient mass to assume hydro static equilibrium (having a nearly round shape)
  • The planet must have cleared the neighbourhood around its orbit - by this we mean there should be no objects of similar size, except moons.
How many of you know that there are more living organisms in a teaspoonful of soil than there are people living on Earth? or that Space is a vacuum - that is no sound can be carried but its not empty? By this we cannot say that is empty because gas, dust and other bits of manner float around 'emptier' (space) areas of the universe.

Anyways to continue on the subject, 3 days ago (16th January 2016), Nasa Astronaut Scott J. Kelly - posted a photo of a flower that was grown in space on his Facebook Page - Image below:

Coming to think of it, its an amazing breakthrough in the story of humanity! You might not agree - but with all the plans of people being transported on a one way mission to MARS and having to grow their own stock of food and vegetation, I have to say that this 'Space flower' is the hope that these people who are chosen for the MARS Mission are looking for.

Also on a side note, when someone mentions humans and space, a lot of thoughts cross my mind. I am a person that loves food. Like I LOVE FOOD big time. First thought that comes to mind is: If I was one of those people that are embarked to go on their one-way mission to MARS, will I be able to withstand the hard conditions that one might face? People there have to grow their own stock - no space shuttle is going to bring them food. will they be able to survive the time it takes for these vegetation to grow? Will it be possible to have live-stock living in space? Do you think that the supplies of food that will be sent to them will last long?

What do you think of all this bloggers? Will you be able to stand the test of time?
I would love to hear your opinions about this topic or any feedback whether you agree or not.

In the meantime, till we meet again bloggers.
